Raw Foods
On our way up to Vermont this weekend we stopped in Northampton, MA and got some take out from Karma. As expected from most raw vegan places, the prices were about $4-6 higher than i’d like to pay but we figured it’d be nice to try a new place. Got some kale, apple, carrot lime juice, which i thought was great but sooo damn expensive ($5.50 for 12 oz whereas edge sells 16 oz for $4.50)...

Vegan brunch
My phone has stopped saving pics I take so this blog is about to get even more boring. Anyways, just had brunch at red lentil again, always great. Got the fritatta that had asparagus, caramelized onions and soy sausage, so great. Also got to try emilys benedict florentine that was tasty and finished off kaylee and jean’s vegan french toast. Can’t wait to go again tomorrow.

I can’t find my picture of it, but tonight Kyle (and i guess chris too) made sandwiches that were so great. BBQ seitan w/ onions and peppers, coleslaw, french fries and cheese sauce on top, all on one sandwich. asparagus on the side. too good.

Received my EZ Pass in the mail, really could have used it this past weekend but still glad to have it.
Cleaned my room
Finally get to play around with my new (first) delay pedal hooked up to my sampler. Now I just need someone to start a dub project with me.

Today I’m celebrating 4 years being vegan, my only regret is that i am not celebrating 27 years being vegan.
I remember the date because on this day in 2007 we played with Graf Orlock and Comadre.
To all my friends that haven’t made the plunge, pretty much every friend of mine that has gone vegan has said they wish they would have done so much sooner. so what are you waiting for!?
